PRODUCTS
HOW TO FIND THE PRODUCTS YOU WANT.
Please choose any one of the following two options:
1. Using the "Products" page

Click
on "Products" from main menu at the top of any
page to start finding our online products.
On the "Products" page click on one of the categories;
then choose from the list of products available. |
2. Using
"Quick Search Link" on Products Page

Click
on the "Advanced Search" button at the Products
page.
Use any one of the criteria or use them in combination
to help focus your results and find the right product;
click "Find it"; which will bring you a new
screen with the products that match with your criteria.

HOW TO
FIND INFORMATION ON PRODUCTS
After you have found the product that you are interested on
the "Products" page; right click on the picture, you
will be shown a large picture of the product and its specifications.
II. PLACING AN ORDER.
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?
- Add
Products: When you are ready to add a product to your
shopping cart, choose from the available options and click
"add item".
- Shopping
Cart: The shopping cart shows you which items you have
selected, quantities, descriptions and the subtotal. At
anytime you have the option to continue shopping, change
quantities, delete products, proceed to checkout or cancel
the order.
- Checkout:
When you are ready, click the "Proceed to Checkout"
button at the top of the page.
- Entering
Customer and Shipping Information: On the Customer and
Shipping Information page please enter your name and billing
address exactly as they appear on your credit card statement.
Required fields are indicated with a red asterisk (*). If
your shipping address is the same as the address you entered
in for your customer information click the link located
after customer information.
- Reviewing
and Submitting Your Order: On the "Your Order"
page, you can review your final order information, including
your order total. (Except for International shipping addresses,
the order total will not include any customs or duty charges,
which are the responsibility of the person receiving the
order.) After you have reviewed your order, you may want
to print this page which summarizes your order information
and gives you a confirmation order number. Please click
the "Proceed with Order" button.
- Your
Order is Complete: We will send you an email order confirmation.

III. BACKORDERS
WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED IF AN ITEM IS ON BACKORDER?
Your card is charged when the backordered item becomes
available. If your order includes both in-stock and backordered
items, you will initially be charged only for the in-stock portion
of your order. The backordered portion is charged to your account
when the item or items become available.

IV. PAYMENT TERMS
WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept most major credit cards such as VISA, MasterCard,
and American Express.
WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
Usually your credit card is charged one day after you place
the order. If your order contains backordered items, the backordered
portion will not be charged to your account until it is ready
to be shipped.

V. AFTER PLACING AN ORDER:
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED?
Orders cannot be changed once they have been submitted. Once
an order initiates the fulfillment process we are unable to
modify it.

VI. DUTIES AND CUSTOM TAXES
DO YOU CALCULATE DUTIES AND TAXES FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE
OF THE UNITED STATES?
Duties and taxes if imposed on your order are due at the time
of delivery; this means these charges are not calculated during
checkout and are not collected by Smith and Nephew. The recipient
will be responsible for any duties and customs charges, which
will be due at the time of delivery.
