by end-users only - Hospitals, Surgery Centers, Physicians, Surgeons,
etc. Thus you may be required to substantiate you are a qualified
end-user and Smith & Nephew Inc. reserves the right to withhold
the sale of its product until this is satisifed.
Pricing
All prices are F.O.B. Andover, MA, U.S.A. Prices do not include shipping
charges, applicable taxes, export/import fees, duties, or tariffs.

or your local authorized distributor.
Smith & Nephew, Inc. reserves the right to change product prices without
prior notice.
Product Availability
Product will be available on a first come first serve
basis. In the event of a product being unavailable, Smith &
Nephew, Inc. will make recommendations for possible substitutes
and update pricing accordingly.
The ability to ship product is country dependent due to importation
and regulatory restrictions imposed by local government.
Payment Terms
Payment must be received before product is shipped. All sales
are final. All products under warranty may be returned to Smith &
Nephew, Inc. for repair only.
Warranty
Smith & Nephew, Inc. offers a 90-day limited warranty on all pre-owned products.
Warranty begins from the day of purchase. Smith & Nephew, Inc. reserves the right to modify without
notification to customers its warranty policy.
